This was my first exploration into therapy before I was comfortable seeing someone in person. At the time I was still carrying this stigma around and I felt more comfortable texting with a therapist to dip my toes in. Now I see a therapist every week (on Facetime right now) but this is a super helpful tool if you need someone to talk to - they're discounting everything right now too.
